CT Cash is the fast, free, and easy way we get you paid for your loads and is built right into the CloudTrucks app. Once your delivery is confirmed and payment is processed, the balance is made instantly available to you via your CT Cash card. You can use your CT Cash card anywhere that VISA is accepted or payout to your external bank account for free.
How do I sign up to CT Cash?
To access CT Cash in the app, tap the $ icon in the main menu. When you first select this tab, you will be prompted to complete your onboarding steps, including filling in your billing and shipping addresses, and your bank account for transfers. Your CT Cash card should arrive in 5–7 business days.
How does CT Cash work?
After you've booked a load, submit it to factoring either on mobile or web.
- If you're using the CT mobile app, you'll be prompted to upload the ratecon as you're entering in all of the load details
- If you're using the CT web app, please email the ratecon to cash-docs@cloudtrucks.com. Soon you'll be able to upload the ratecon on the web app, too.
- After you finish the job and submit the ratecon and POD, the team will review the documents and you'll be paid within 2-6 hours.
You can view your CT Cash account balance and account activities in the CT Cash tab.
Select Payout to Bank to transfer funds from your CT Cash account to your personal bank account. Fund transfers are always free and take ~2 business days to deposit to your bank account.
