How do I pay my credit balance? Is it automatically collected?
Every two weeks, on the 1st and 16th of every month at 5pm PST, CloudTrucks will automatically pay off your credit card balance from your CT Cash balance. Please ensure you have funds in your account to pay off your credit balance. If your CT Cash balance is not sufficient, we will withdraw from your linked external account.
We collect payment automatically using your CT Cash balance or your attached external bank account. We will send you an email reminder and a push notification 2 days before the payment date. Once your payment is completed, you will have more credit to use again.
What if my credit balance is insufficient to cover a purchase?
If the credit balance is insufficient to cover the purchase, the transaction will be declined. If you would like to use credit for a portion of your purchase, you can ask the merchant to split the purchase into different transactions. You can check your credit balance at any time from your app’s CT Cash tab.
What happens if I don't pay my credit balance?
We understand that emergencies come up, so we do not charge late fees or interest on unpaid balances. However, you will be unable to access more credit to use until you pay your overdue balance. If you leave your CT Credit balance unpaid for a longer duration of time, it will go to a collections agency and be reported to credit bureaus, which may negatively impact your credit score.
