To purchase tires or services, contact your preferred dealer. To help your dealer find your Advantage Account, provide them with the following information:

Last 4 digits of your card on file in the Michelin Advantage Portal

Please note that dealers may not know the Advantage prices of the parts purchased - they may quote and invoice the local price, and the discount will be applied via the Michelin Advantage system when the invoice is processed using the payment method on file.

After you purchase your tires or services, the dealer has up to 30 days to bill you through the Michelin portal. The amount of the purchase with discounts included will automatically be charged to the payment method on file.

How do I find my Ship to Account number?
From your Michelin Advantage Portal home page: Go to Quick Links >> Michelin B2B. At the top of the page, you will see your “Ship to” number.
You will also be provided your Ship to number in your account creation email.
What if I can’t find my Ship to Account number?
You can give the dealer your company name and they can look you up in their system.
How long will it take for the dealer to bill my account?
Dealers typically bill your account within a few days, but they have up to 30 days.
What if my payment method on file is declined?
Michelin customer support will call you to add a new payment method.
What if the amount that I am billed fails to match the pricing on Michelin’s portal?
