Flex's Safety Dash let's admins see what's impacting their fleet's safety scores in an easy-to-use dashboard view and quickly identify areas for improvement. Admins can use these insights to deliver feedback and coaching to keep their fleet in good safety standing.
Brokers and shippers have minimum safety requirements to work with carriers, so keep violation rates down to reinforce reliability with customers to continue accessing the highest quality loads.
How does it work?
We collect and organize crucial information, including vehicle, driver and hazmat Out of Service (OOS) rates, as well as your fleet’s total serenity weight in 5 FMCSA violation categories. Click on any category to see details of each violation by violation type, VIN# and severity weight.
The first version of Safety Dash pulls from FMCSA data, but soon, we’ll integrate with your ELD to provide even more detailed safety data!
How often is new data added?
Right now this dashboard pulls in new data once a month. Use it to stay up to date on what's going on with your fleet and track improvements month over month. As soon as we integrate with your ELDs, data will be added in real-time.
How can I use it?

1. Log into the CloudTrucks web app
2. Click Safety on the top right
3. Enter in your DOT# if it's not already in there
4. It may take a few minutes to load, but then the Safety Dashboard should populate looking like this. Feel free to click into any section for more details. If there is ever a new violation, you'll see a new violation flag next to that section and you can drill down for more details.
